Refunds
Nothing is on sale yet, so nothing has been paid for. This is the policy that will apply when payments open.
Fourteen days
Ask within fourteen days of paying and you get your money back. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to prove you tried. This applies to both the monthly plan and the one-off lifetime price.
After fourteen days
A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part months, and we do not quietly keep charging after you cancel.
For the lifetime price after fourteen days, email us anyway. If the site has not delivered what it said it would, we would rather refund you than argue about a date.
How to ask
Email support@learnchineseonlinehub.com from the address you paid with. Refunds are processed within five working days and go back to the card or account you used.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces the rights you have under UK consumer law, including the right to cancel a distance contract. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
